Full Rules and Regulations

  • You must be fun candidates, or at least think you are (and we know how that usually ends up).
  • You’ll need to prove it to a panel of judges—that you’re fun, we mean it.
  • To qualify as a competing couple, you must submit a video sharing with us just how fun you
    are and why you believe you deserve to win The Ultimate Wedding Giveaway.
  • By fun, we mean that you enjoy life, love being together, and can’t wait to share your wedding
    vows at the all new Bistro Adirondack Room. Of course, this means you can be funny, too.
  • Candidates will only qualify, and may only compete, by submitting a video to the UWG YouTube
    channel by February 5th, 2012. Entries past 2/5 will not be eligible.
  • Content must be fun and funny. Did we mention this? The Bistro will be screening videos prior
    to posting and reserves the right to reject any video, at any time, based on content that is either
    not respectful or tasteful. All submissions must follow YouTube’s ‘Terms of Service’ as outlined
    and available for review at http://www.youtube.com/t/terms.
  • The winning couple will be selected by a team of judges, who will consist of participating
    ultimate wedding sponsors. The winning couple will be notified via telephone on Valentines
    Day, February 14th, 2012.
  • Once a couple has accepted, you will be required to sign waivers allowing portions of your
    Ultimate Wedding journey (with Wedding Savvy) to be documented and used for marketing
    and/or promotional purposes. Don’t worry, we’ll stay away from the honeymoon.
  • The winning couple has 48 hours to accept the award and sign the waivers.
  • In the event that the winning couple has called off the engagement, decided to go bear hunting
    or just wants to dance, The Bistro will contact the runner-up by February 17th.
  • All videos become the property of The Bistro at South River and can be used for marketing and
    promotional events.
  • Café South Inc. (dba as The Bistro at South River) and The Brick Companies, LPLLP reserve all
    rights to cancel, delay, or postpone this event at any point.
